At Melting Moods, we deal in perishable food products, and due to the nature of these items, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety for all customers.
No Returns or Refunds (Opened / Used Products)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been:

Partially consumed

This policy is in place because perishable goods cannot be resold once opened, and we prioritize customer safety and hygiene.
Eligibility for Replacement (Damaged / Incorrect Items Only)
We only offer replacement (not refunds) under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong item

The product is spoiled or leaked at the time of delivery
Claim Process
To request a replacement:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Important Conditions

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance are not considered defects

Products must be unused and in original condition (except in case of damage/spoilage upon delivery)
Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified, we will:

Ship a replacement product at no additional cost
OR -
Provide store credit (if replacement is not possible)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Non-Returnable Items
